STREET PROJECT AMBASSADOR OF THE WEEK: Agboola Faith Moyosore is a highly motivated and success driven 21 year old, budding filmmaker, writer, public speaker, media entrepreneur and 2017 Street Project Ambassador.

She has a strong academic background as she graduated with a first class honors degree in History and International Relations at the age of 18 and won a total of 11 awards of academic excellence from Redeemers University. After her service year at Cross River State, she was admitted to attend the Street Project Foundation Creative Youth Boot Camp, where explored her talents. She was the lead character at the benefit concert of the Creative Youth Boot Camp titled “JOURNEY OF A THOUSAND MILES” a total theatre performance that had her deliver a 6 part monologue. After the Bootcamp she was selected by the management of Street Project Foundation to intern at Prodi-G Concepts and to attend “THE IMAGERY PROGRAM” for screenwriting and filmmaking organized by Riverside Production.

Less than three months after the Creative Youth Boot Camp, Moyosore shot her first short film titled “Look Beyond” which she wrote, directed and produced. It is a story about teenage pregnancy and it stars three other Street Project Ambassadors.

Moyosore is also the Founder of THE AFRICAN WRITERS and the maiden edition of the African Writers Meet ’17 event which, features top industry giants and performers is scheduled to hold on October 28, 2017 at the Onikan Youth Centre. Her debut book, “Damaged” a collection of poetry and inspirational pieces for the broken is currently in the works and will be released before the end of the year. She is also a content developer and member of the advisory committee of a fast rising youth talk show series called Emergence.

Moyosore’s dream is to be listed in the Forbes list of 30 under 30 top entrepreneurs and she wants to facilitate a number of social development projects aimed at helping primary school students and undergraduates.

THE IJO AGBA CREATOR

STREET PROJECT AMBASSADOR OF THE WEEK: Sunday Ozegbe aka Valu is a versatile dancer who majors in Urban Contemporary dance with a knowledge of Hip-hop, Ballroom, Naija Urban and Ballet. He is a 2016 graduate of Street Project Foundation Creative Youth Boot Camp and was selected to intern with SPF Faculty, Adebayo Liadi (Ijodee), he was also trained by renowned dance professionals like Qudus Onikeku (SPF Faculty), Nnamadi Ndubusi,  Onye Ozuzu, Horatio Macuacua and Kaffy.

In February 2017 he Created a dance piece called  IJO AGBA a very creative and nostalgic dance that blends both contemporary movements and folk/traditional dances. He went on to perform this innovative piece at the Lagos State  Talent Hunt Competition where he won second place. IJO AGBA has been performed at various reputable festivals in Nigeria such as, danceGATHERING Lagos, Afrigansa festival, Boat festival and Black Pride festival and is set to show at Trufesta International Dance festival on the 28th of October 2017.
Valu’s acting and dancing skills was developed at the SPF boot camp and with these skills, he has successfully featured in various productions like IWALEWA (Qdance centre), ITAN (Thespian family theatre), KING BAABU (Freedom park theatre) and has also teamed up with fellow SPF Ambassadors Rodiah Lawal to perform a beautiful dance piece for ace musician Kayefi’s concert. In addition, they were also dancers for popular artist 9ICE at the same concert.

Currently he is the Head Choreographer for a stage play being produced by a fellow SPF ambassador Temitope Mariam titled ‘Unknown’ that premieres this December.

He also currently works as a professional dance artist and brand strategist at the *QDance Center* Ikoyi Lagos.He is also the founder/director of David’s Generation Dance Group also known as DGDG- a dance group of over 25 dancers aged 6-21 based in Oworonshoki area of Lagos State, Nigeria.

VALU is passionate about his roots in Oworoshoki, Lagos State and hopes to build a team of strong and formidable dancers who can be professionals anywhere in the world, making a sustainable living doing what they love.

STREET PROJECT AMBASSADOR OF THE WEEK: ChidinmaR Osigwe graduated as one of the best participants at the 2017 Street Project Creative Youth Boot Camp having wowed the audience with her spoken word piece titled ” YOU KILLED ME”. She was selected to Intern and be mentored by SPF Faculty and Voice Director Remi Olutimayin, on voice acting. Not relenting after the boot camp she immediately contested at the Brigitte Poir-son poetry competition with the poem ” JUST A METAPHOR” and emerged second runner up. She was also the first runner up of the SOBCA online competition in September 2017 and the Winner of the 2017 Lagos State Ministry of Youth and Social Development talent hunt competition in Spoken Word Category. She has also graced the stage of Life Pointe Church at their 2017 open mic, RCCG royal court ( new wine concert) and RCCG Mercyland assembly (Worship My Lifestyle) 2017 showcasing her remarkable skill.

ChidinmaR is a Final year student of Accounting at Yaba College of Technology and her ultimate goal is to perform on the global stage as a Spoken word artiste.

Multitalented and Resilent, two words that summarize who Chinaza Ruby Akubueze is. A young lady with a drive and laser sharp focus to reach the zenith of the creative industry. You could be misled by her petite frame but the more you get to know her, you’ll recognize her strength and respect her hustle to make it in life against all odds.

Chinaza Ruby Akubueze after graduating as the best participant at the 2017 Street Project Creative Youth Boot Camp and selected to intern at Prodi-g concepts, has been relentless in her pursuit to make a sustainable living doing what she loves. She has been  focused on acting and has attended numerous auditions as a result. Her doggedness has landed her a role in the 6th Season of the widely acclaimed International TV series ‘Shuga’ where she plays the role of Frances; a teenager who is trying to waltz her way through the pressures of life. Chinaza has also featured in an AFM media short film titled “Look Beyond” a film that addresses the issue of teenage pregnancy and abortion. She is also a content writer for the fast rising youth talk show series; ‘Emergence’. Chinaza’s ultimate goal is to become a designer and she looks forward to studying Creative Arts in University of Lagos where she hopes to explore all her potentials – ensuring that no aspect of her talent is left untapped.
