Chidi Ikwuagwu

Chidi Ikwuagwu is a chartered Administrator who is committed to his work with interests that include youth engagement and enterprise. He also engages in activities that enhance the productivity and efficiency of the organisation. Chidi graduated from the Lagos State University with a B.sc in Public Administration. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration. He also holds an Advanced Management Certificate with the Federal College of Education (Technical) Akoka and a certificate on Effective HR Management Skills and Practice for non-HR Professionals from Eden Care and Resourcing Limited.

With the knowledge he has garnered, Chidi has involved himself in initiatives that aim to improve the standard of living for young people in Nigeria. His experience with young people in his area has exposed him to a lot of their dire needs. He currently works with Street Project Foundation as the Deputy Talent Manager where he scouts for talented young people who fit the Foundation’s target demographic. He assists in the selection process for entry into the programmes and maintains records for them all. Chidi also manages the virtual community of the Foundation’s ambassadors as well as the social media channels.

He also sources for opportunities for the members of the community. Chidi is responsible for managing the office as well as other operational tasks that are assigned to him. For all events and initiatives of the Foundation, Chidi is very instrumental in the implementation process and assists with vendor management. In line with the foundation’s mission, Chidi also seeks to ensure that the ambassadors are fulfilled in life doing what they love.
