Street Project Foundation, a Social enterprise established in Lagos, Nigeria in 2008 working with young people from low-income backgrounds, using performing arts as a tool for socio-economic development has joined the All Stars Project Alliance in New York, USA. All Stars Project was established in 1981 to transform the lives of youth and poor communities using the developmental power of performance, in partnership with caring adults. All Stars Project is spread across six cities in the United States; New York, Newark, Bridgeport, Chicago, Dallas and San Francisco Bay Area.
Rita Ezenwa-Okoro, the founder and Lead Visionary of Street Project Foundation stated “This alliance is a welcome development for the organization and we look forward to the opportunities, resources and increased impact that it will provide both organizations.”
Street Project Foundation has been responsible for ongoing projects such as; Creative Youth Boot Camp, Reflection Series, Project Raw and so much more.
